PRIMAPORE adhesive wound dressings have been designed to benefit both the patient and the user. The dressing is very soft and conformable making it comfortable to wear whilst at the same time protecting the wound from further trauma.

The dressing is soft and conformable ensuring patient comfort. The flexible non-woven layer will not restrict bodily movements when in place and helps to ensure conformability to all wound sites.
Highly absorbent pad2,3
The dressing consists of a highly absorbent pad, maximizing the passage of blood and exudate into the dressing, minimizing the risk of fluid strikethrough.
Low adherent wound contact layer1,5
The pad has a low adherent wound contact layer which helps to minimise disruption or trauma to the underlying tissue on removal of the dressing, which helps to reduce the risk of pain on removal.
Rounded corners
The dressing has rounded corners which may help to reduce the risk of the dressing lifting or snagging, which may help to reduce the frequency of dressing change by maintaining an optimal dressing condition.
Easy to apply
The protector paper, which is slit across the width of the dressing, enables quick application without the risk of touching the absorbent pad or adhesive area with fingers or forceps. The easily opened packaging facilitates clean dressing technique.

The low allergy acrylic adhesive is spread evenly onto the non-woven backing layer of the dressing, providing safe and secure fixation over the wound site.

Description
Intrasite Gel Applipak is a topical application for exuding wounds.
This soothing gel eases the treatment of deep and unevenly shaped wounds which can otherwise be difficult to treat. For example; pressure ulcers, surgical and malignant wounds, partial-thickness burns, lacerations and grazes.
As an Amorphous Hydrogel, Intrasite is able to penetrate deep into wounds providing a moist environment and optimum conditions for healing.

IRUXOL MONO 軟膏透過酵素（Enzyme）作用，選擇性分解傷口處的壞死組織，適用於： -清理皮膚表面潰爛及皮下潰瘍的壞死組織 -皮膚燒傷、皮下組織出現潰爛的創面處理 -促進傷口肉芽組織與上皮組織形成，加速傷口癒合 其活性成分膠原酶（collagenase） 是美國 FDA（食品藥品監督管理局）唯一批准可分解人體自身膠原的蛋白水解酶，具有以下特點： 選擇性清創：僅分解傷口內壞死組織，對傷口周圍正常的上皮組織、肉芽組織、脂肪組織及肌肉等健康組織無損傷。 輔助抗感染：透過降解壞死組織，清除細菌生長的「培養基」，間接減輕傷口感染風險。 臨床驗證：20 餘年臨床應用經驗，對腿部潰瘍、糖尿病潰瘍、壓瘡等多種慢性傷口的壞死組織清除效果已獲證實。 使用方法: 1. 傷口預處理（關鍵步驟） 藥膏需在濕潤環境下發揮作用，乾燥傷口需先進行如下處理： 用生理鹽水沖洗傷口，使創面濕潤； 對頑固乾燥傷口，先用濕潤敷料覆蓋軟化，待創面處於微濕狀態後再用藥。 2. 用藥與敷料更換 塗抹方式：在微濕潤的傷口表面，均勻塗抹一層厚度約 2 毫米（mm）的藥膏。 用藥頻率：每日 1 次；若傷口恢復需求較高，可增至每日 2 次（每日 2 次用藥可增強酶活性，提升清創效果）。 敷料更換：通常每日更換 1 次敷料；若每日用藥 2 次，需同步調整敷料更換頻率。 注意事項 對本品中蛋白酶或其他任何成分（詳見產品說明書「成分表」）過敏者，禁止使用。 需特別謹慎的情況: 糖尿病患者若傷口存在干性壞疽組織，使用前必須由醫生評估。 正在使用可能干擾藥效的外用產品時，不得同時使用本品，此類產品包括： 防腐劑、抗生素（如短桿菌肽、四環素類） 重金屬類製劑 清潔劑、肥皂等 若正在使用其他藥物（包括處方藥、非處方藥），無論外用或口服，均需提前告知醫生或藥劑師。 懷孕未滿 3 個月者：除非醫生明確指示，否則禁止使用。 懷孕3 個月以上及哺乳期女性：可在醫生 / 藥劑師指導下安全使用。 提示：無論懷孕或哺乳階段，使用前均需諮詢醫生或藥劑師。 本品為藥用清創藥膏，使用前務必先諮詢醫生或藥劑師，根據傷口具體情況（如壞死組織程度、是否合併感染等）確定用藥方案，避免自行用藥影響傷口癒合或引發不良反應。
