Batigras 含有軟白石臘(White Soft Paraffin)能有效防止敷料沾黏傷口,且不易造成過敏情形，且含有0.5%醋酸氯己定 (chlorhexidine acetate)廣效性抑制細菌成分，有效抑制葛蘭氏陽性菌、葛蘭氏陰性菌且極少產生抗藥性特點：
-含有0.5%醋酸氯己定 (chlorhexidine acetate)，有效殺菌，其抗菌作用不會被血清和血液影響，防止傷口細感染
-保護傷口，使滲液更容易排出
-柔軟石蠟層，平滑而低黏特性，引流傷口滲液至第二層敷料中
